  12. Hi all, wonder if anyone can help,
  13.    I'm having trouble trying to catalogue some of my pics in PicView.
  14. The problem is that some of the images have the PAL MODEID of 21004,
  15. which is PAL LoRes Laced. What I want is MODEID 29804 (PAL HiRes
  16. Lace).
  17.    This seems to be a problem with JPEGs only, any IFF files are
  18. okay.
  19.    The software I'm using to scale and convert the images is Image
  20. Studio V2.3.0 (regestered).
  21.    Some of my images were downloaded at work using a VGA monitor,
  22. with the Prefs screenmode set to Productivity Laced, but at home I
  23. use a PAL tv set with SCART.
  24.    I use the program Force Monitor to force PAL screens into
  25. Multisync ones when I'm at work, but I don't want to keep using this,
  26. when I at home.

  28.    So, if anyone can suggest a util for converting the ModeID, or a
  29. "work-round" using my existing software I would be very grateful.
